May 8, 2003 - Lawrence, KS - Tornado (Tornado in Lawrence, KS. Looking West off of Iowa Street.) Jim Kaiser, John Garner, and myself had an exhausting chase day. After a challenging mud incident near Concordia, KS (nothing like taking an hour to go a 1/2 mile), we made it to Lawrence, KS to see this tornado at 7:35pm.
